TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 THOR FOUR WINDS 31E (NA) RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS BUILT OVERWEIGHT. THE CONTACT WAS STOPPED BY THE POLICE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE TIRES APPEARED FLAT DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE RV. THE CONTACT RETURNED TO THE DEALER AND ADDRESSED WHAT OCCURRED. WHEN CROSSING OVER RAILROAD TRACKS, THE RV BECAME STUCK ON THE TRACKS DUE TO REAR GROUND CLEARANCE ON THE RV. THE VEHICLE BECAME UNSTUCK WHEN IT WAS DRIVEN IN REVERSE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURES WERE CAUSED BECAUSE THE CONTACT DID NOT WEIGH THE RV AND CHECK THE TIRE PRESSURE. THE MANUFACTURER SENT A FORD REPRESENTATIVE OUT TO TAKE PICTURES AND CHECK THE AIR PRESSURE IN THE TIRES. NEITHER THE REPR
