What owners report
The vehicle consistently will not kneel when parking. This all started after a software update in Feb/2026. Rivian is stating there is nothing wrong and the vehicle is behaving as expected. The vehicle needs to properly kneel so that my passenger can safely exit/enter the vehicle. The problem happens every time I park in my driveway.
Was parking and when I hit the park button. A lot of error lights came on. After a reset, I have an Airbag needs service error.

Additionally, a Rivian technician had serviced the vehicle at the residence; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired.
