NHTSA campaign 25V160, reported March 14, 2025, 2,290 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

A software error can cause the rearview camera to display a blank or distorted image while the vehicle is in reverse. This can reduce the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle.

Dealers will update the rearview camera software free of charge. Owners can contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332, referencing recall 25S28, and should check their VIN for open recalls.
