What this recall means for you
The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) label on the federal certification label of certain motorhomes may state an incorrect capacity. Because of this, the vehicle could be loaded beyond its safe limit, and these vehicles do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 120 for wheels and rims.
An overloaded motorhome increases the risk of a crash. Owners should not rely on the printed capacity figure until the label is corrected, and should keep passengers and cargo within safe limits.
Jayco will mail replacement labels free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 31, 2025. To get your new label, contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 and reference recall number 9903622. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
