What this recall means for you
Some vehicles may have the wrong owner's manual in the glove box. The manual may contain inaccurate information about vehicle functions and other safety-related details, and this fails to meet federal child restraint anchorage requirements.
Because the manual may describe features or procedures that do not match your vehicle, an owner could operate the vehicle improperly, which could increase the risk of a crash or injury.
An authorized dealer will provide the correct owner's manual free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 26, 2024. You can also contact Cadillac customer service at 1-800-458-8006 or Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020, and check your VIN for any open recalls.
