What this recall means for you
Certain 2007-2008 vehicles built between March 7, 2007 and August 14, 2007 may have a power-adjustable front driver's seat that moves on its own while the vehicle is being driven, without the driver doing anything.
If the seat shifts unexpectedly, the driver may lose control of the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash. Owners should be aware of this risk, especially if the seat has ever moved without input.
The remedy is free: dealers will replace the power-adjustable seat switch at no cost to the owner. Hyundai will notify affected owners, and you can also contact Hyundai customer service at 1-855-371-9460 (Hyundai recall number 150). Check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls to confirm whether your car is included.
