ON OCTOBER 16, 2009, WE PURCHASED A NEW 2009 PORSCHE CARRERA 4S, FOR THE TOTAL SALE PRICE OF $116,232.40, WITH 103 MILES ON THE ODOMETER. THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED BRAND NEW SO THAT WE WOULD, PRESUMABLY, NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. AS CONSUMERS OF THIS LUXURY SPORTS CAR, WE EXPECTED A SPECIAL, HIGH QUALITY AUTOMOBILE THAT IS MARKETED AS 'METICULOUSLY ENGINEERED' FOR 'PERFORMANCE, PRECISION AND THE PURE JOY OF THE OPEN ROAD.' ON DECEMBER 4, 2009, I WAS DRIVING THIS NEW PORSCHE AT APPROXIMATELY 65 MILES PER HOUR EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 92 IN SAN MATEO WHEN THE CAR SUDDENLY LOST ALL POWER. I WAS SHOCKED, AND FORCED TO ENGAGE IN DANGEROUS MANEUVERS TO AVOID A CO
