The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was an abnormal sound coming from the rear end of the vehicle when the vehicle drove over into an object on the roadway. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed that the rear subframe needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 45,000.

IN 2017 AT 60,062 MILES THE TAIL PIPE CORRODED FELL OFF. A REPAIR WAS MADE AT THE EAU CLAIRE NISSAN DEALERSHIP WERE THE CUT AND CLAMPED IT BACK TOGETHER. AGAIN AS I WRITE THIS THE TAIL PIPE HAS CORRODED AND FELL OFF. I HAVE SPOKE WITH THE DEALERSHIP IN EAU CLAIRE AS WELL AS NISSAN NORTH AMERICA. CASE # 41900823. SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE FILING A DEALERSHIP COMPLAINT BUT REAL ISSUE FALLS ON NISSAN FOR BUILDING AN INFERIOR VEHICLE. A SAFETY THREAT IS POSED WHEN THE RUSTED EXHAUST COMPONENTS FALL OFF AND BECOME ROAD HAZARDS. ADDITIONALLY, IF THE BROKEN TAILPIPE DOESN'T CLEAR THE VEHICLE IT COULD GET CAUGHT CAUSING DAMAGE TO OTHER VITAL COMPONENTS LIKE BRAKE LINES AND/TIRES IF IT HAPPENS WHEN DRIVI
EVERY TIME I PUT GAS ON THE VEHICLE IN OVERFLOWS. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME AS SOON AS I BEGIN TO PUMP GAS, EVEN WHEN CAR IS EMPTY.
