I have a Lexus rcf 2017. Thereâs a safety recall for a low pressure fuel pump. This recall has come out years later after the car has been bought. I am the 3rd owner. I bought the car in 2026. I bought the car with aftermarket work done on it, but I didnât think there would be any recalls. The LPFP has wires hooked up to another fuel pump in the trunk for handling performance. With that said, Lexus didnât want to do the recall. I asked all 3 numbers I called if I can just be given the part, and I sign a waiver that I get a 1 time item and Lexus has 0 responsibility for me getting it installed somewhere else.
