The road that this happened on is a one lane road in each direction in a rural zone that is highly traveled by Semi Trucks. Luckily, there was a gravel spot on the road where we were able to stop the vehicle, just in time to avoid a catastrophe. I am writing to report a concern regarding an unresolved safety recall for my 2023 Lexus LX 600. Lexus notified us of this recall on November 6, 2025. However, nearly four months later, the company continues to state on its website that no remedy is currently available. Given the significant purchase price of this vehicleâexceeding $100,000âI find it unacceptable that a resolution has not yet been provided. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure a timely and effective remedy for affected customers.
