I purchased this vehicle about a month ago and i have a problem and issue with the Gas Pedal It makes loud noise and snaps back when the foot is lifted off the gas pedal. my wife had too stop couple times on the side of the road because of that loud gas pedal snapping noises i took it back to the dealer and first they didn't care about it and brushed me off saying that's normal then i complained to the Lexus Headquarters and they said to the Wesley Chapel Lexus dealer to change the entire gas pedal assembly and they are going to replace that tomorrow but they have already told me that the noise won't go away so to me its a defective part and dangerous too drive with that Lexus should recal

I am reporting a potentially serious front suspension failure involving my 2022 Lexus ES 350 with approximately 65,000 miles. The vehicle was at a Lexus dealership for service when I was informed that both front strut assemblies had sheared while the vehicle was raised on the lift. The dealership advised that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and that both front strut assemblies required replacement. The dealership has indicated that corrosion may have contributed to the failure. However, approximately 10,000 miles earlier, the vehicle had undergone service/inspection and I was not advised of severe corrosion, structural deterioration, or an unsafe condition involving the front suspension.

Within approximately three weeks of purchasing this vehicle, the blind-spot monitoring and rear traffic sensor systems were found to be completely inoperative. All dashboard warning lights related to these systems were illuminated the night before discovery, then went dark the following morning. A subsequent inspection by a licensed Lexus dealership confirmed the failure was caused by prior undisclosed rear collision damage. Both rear blind-spot modules showed zero CAN bus communication. The following diagnostic trouble codes were confirmed: U0233, U023387, U0232, P057113, P157800, P1152A, P160400, C13807E, U0163, C142571, and B1576. There is already a service bulletin for the vacuum pumps on these cars, but it should be made into a recall because these pumps generate the vacuum needed by the brake system. I took it to the Lexus dealer for replacement out of warranty, which I had to pay out-of-pocket, since service bulletins only apply to cars under warranty, and they still installed another replacement vacuum pump that was impacted by the service bulletin and still had the issues. It wasn’t until a field technician came out and confirmed that they installed the old vacuum pump style (2019-2023), which was the one they should have avoided installing. Failure of this part could impact the braking system and cause an ac
