My 2014 Land Rover LR2 HSE STARTED SMELLING STRONGLY OF FUEL IN LATE APRIL,2022. I contacted LAND ROVER NORTH AMERICA CUSTOMER RELATIONS ON 5/2/22 about the problem. Cris Willis opened Case# 8000998446 to assist me. He stated it was a recall issue awaiting parts to become active. Then on 6/15 Cris W. contacted me again requesting I make appt. with my local LR dealer and now they could inspect car and replace any defective parts. On 6/21 I messaged Cris that I had made appt. For 6/23. Cris messaged me back that Ft. Myers LR dealer would resolve issue with no problem at all. When I brought my car into service manager.
