THE CONTACT'S WIFE SUSTAINED SEVERE HEAD INJURIES AND WAS PLACED IN CRITICAL CONDITION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED WHO STATED THAT THEY NO LONGER USE THE DOOR AND REFERRED HIM TO ANOTHER MANUFACTURER. THE CONTACT THEN CONTACTED THE OTHER MANUFACTURER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
