TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 KZRV INFERNO TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE HAD TO USE THE TRUCKS' BRAKES TO STOP THE VEHICLE SINCE THE TRAILER BRAKES HAVE REDUCED BRAKING CAPABILITY. INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCES INCREASED THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE TECHNICIAN RE-ADJUSTED THE BRAKES; HOWEVER, THE REPAIR DID NOT REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED AND THE TECHNICIAN HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DEVELOP A REMEDY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER WAS UNAVAILABLE.
