I own a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. My vehicle was previously repaired under FCA Safety Recall 64A / NHTSA Recall 23V-413 for the rear coil springs on July 14, 2023, at approximately 32,792 miles. The vehicle is now affected by another rear coil spring safety recall, FCA Campaign 89D. This recall involves the same safety concern involving rear coil springs potentially being improperly installed and detaching from the vehicle while driving. I brought the vehicle to Billion Motors in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on September 29, 2026, at approximately 130,321 miles because I was experiencing loud clunking, shaking, and severe vibration. The dealership documented: “PER STELLANTIS, REMEDY IS N

I am filing this complaint regarding my Jeep Grand Cherokee L and Safety Recall 89D, involving the rear coil springs. My husband and I purchased this vehicle on August 10, 2025. The notice also states that there is currently no repair available. Although my vehicle has not experienced a confirmed suspension failure, I am extremely concerned about what could happen if it does. What if a spring

The radio has been replaced 3 times by the jeep dealer. The issue is over the air updates of the uconnect radio system fail and put the radio in Italian language disable foward collision safety features and other car features that I paid for need to also be enabled by the dealer that the dealer can only activate due to Stella’s firewall issue that prevents people to work on their own cars and require the dealership software to fix. The radio replacement does not fix issue even though they replace 3 times. They don’t actually have a fix and they are just putting band-aid on the problem. The update they send to the radio over the air corrupts the cars options.

My vehicle is currently experiencing abnormal driving behavior that has caused me to have a legitimate safety concern regarding the vehicle’s suspension. The vehicle does not drive normally, and I am concerned that the condition may be related to the component addressed by recall 89D.
