DRAINING MY BLACK WATER TANK, AND CONNECTED A HOSE TO TANK FRESH WATER SCRUBBER. WATER STARTED RUNNING ONTO GROUND FROM UNDERNEATH UNIT. SHUT OFF WATER, AND FOUND A HIDDEN IN LINE CHECK VALVE MODEL 571 FROM B AND B MFG HAD MALFUNCTIONED, ALLOWING WATER TO FLOOD THE FURNACE/WATERHEATER COMPARTMENT, BEDROOM FLOOR, AND OTHER AREAS. FURNACE IS 12V, BUT WH IS DUAL GAS/110V, THUS HAD THE WH BEEN OPERATING ON 110, AND WATER GOT TO THE ELECT WIRES, MY WIFE, WHO WAS WALKING BAREFOOTED IN BR, COULD HAVE BEEN HURT. B AND B REQUIRES THE MFG TO PLACE THEIR WARNING TAG AT INLET AND NOT ENCLOSE THE VALVE IN A HIDDEN AREA, FOR IT CAN " VENT WATER DURING NORMAL FUNCTIONING." NEITHER OF THESE INSTRUC
