WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS UNDERGOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT ALL FOUR TIRE SIDEWALLS WERE CRACKED. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,353 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
