CONSUMER'S WIFE MADE A SECOND ATTEMPT ON 12 OCT. 98 TO DEALER; DEALER (MR. TIM) INFORMED CONSUMER THAT THEY WERE REPLACING ALL UNSOLD MOTORCYCLES' IGNITION SWITCHES FIRST BEFORE THEY DO OTHERS. *AK
