HE TOOK THE MOTORCYCLE TO A DEALER, AND THE DEALER SAID THEY COULD NOT PERFORM RECALL REPAIRS UNTIL IT WAS FACTORY APPROVED. THE FACTORY SAID THEY WOULD NOT APPROVE THE RECALL REPAIR.
