The electric brakes on my new 2025 Grand Design Reflection 260RD fifth-wheel lock up without warning while towing, on both tows since purchase (XXX leaving the dealer in [XXX];XXX near [XXX]). On XXX the brakes locked about 12 times at a stop sign intersection and about 4 more times entering a four-lane highway with cars waiting behind; I had to unplug the trailer connector in traffic, leaving no brakes or lights. Not the tow vehicle (F-250 scanned, no codes; same lockup with a second truck). Blue Compass W/O XXX shows a short-to-battery fault on each wheel (Lippert case XXX). Each fix was only a controller reset; the cause has not been found or repaired and the fault returned. Locked brakes
