THE RV WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER QUIETWOODS RV FOX VALLEY 9042 CAMPERS WAY, NEENAH, WI 54956 WHERE A VISUAL INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED AND DETERMINED THAT THE REAR LEAD SPRING FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 17V366000 (SUSPENSION) AS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFER ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIRS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 28,000.
