TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FOREST RIVER SANDSTORM TRAILER. WHILE THE TRAILER WAS UNDERGOING ROUTINE MAINTENACE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE FRAME HAD STRESS CRACKS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRAME HAD SEVERAL CRACKS AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE EQUIPMENT WAS UNSAFE FOR USAGE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE EQUIPMENT HAD NO VIN OR FAILURE MILEAGE.
