THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FLOOR INSIDE THE TRAILER BEGAN TO SOFTEN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FLOOR SEEMED TO CAVE IN. THE TRAILER DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE TRAILER WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT BAD WOOD WAS USED ON THE FLOORING OF THE TRAILER. THE REPAIR WOULD COST A FEE. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED. THERE WAS NO FAILURE MILEAGE.
