TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FLEETWOOD PROVIDENCE RV EQUIPPED WITH GOOD YEAR TIRES, TIRE LINE: G6 70, AND TIRE SIZE 295/80R/22.5. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH IN THE CENTER LANE, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE EXPLODED WITHOUT WARNING. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A JERSEY WALL/ BARRIER ROAD CRASHED INTO 3 OTHER VEHICLES. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THERE WAS NO FIRE OR AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS ON THE SCENE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO FLEETWOOD RV INC LOCATED AT 1010 W COMMERCE DR, DECATUR, IN 46733; PHONE NUMBER: (260) 728-9564 WHERE THE TIRE WAS REPLACED. THE ORIGINAL TIRE WAS SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER. ADDITIONALLY WHILE THE RV WAS PARKED
