Just few minutes ago around 5:45 PM, Monday, September 8th 2025. I started my engine with the remote start in my drive way. After about 30 seconds there was a series of 3 or 4 violent explosions each with a 1 or two second interval. The driver side, passenger side and both side air bags deployed fracturing my windshield and causing other potential internal damage to the passenger compartment. I feel very fortunate that I wasn't seated in the vehicle at the time as I'm sure I could have been severely injured or potentially killed. I had taken the car in for an air-bag recall a couple of years ago at Good Chevrolet in Renton, WA.
No crank no start however engine just shit down while driving immediately lost all control of vehicle! Luckily I had just pulled off highway! No warning whatsoever it just happened out of no where now wonât start and has a u0100 code
