Multiple warning lights on the vehicle stating the ABS brake system was not functioning, the letters brake showed by the gauges but it was not the parking brake because I put that on to check it and it was a different warning light. On multiple occasions when Iâve need to brake hard quickly the car had felt like it was shaking and the brakes didnât feel like they were catching. Vehicle is curr
I am reporting a recurring safety issue with the Forward Collision Alert/Automatic Emergency Braking system on my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer 2LT. The vehicle frequently activates the Forward Collision Alert when there is no vehicle, pedestrian, or other obstruction in front of me. The red collision warning will illuminate and the system will beep even when the roadway is clear. The most recent incident occurred on August 11, 2026. I was making a turn through a busy intersection when the Automatic Emerge

The radiator failure presented a potential safety concern because a coolant leak can worsen without warning and result in a sudden loss of coolant, engine overheating, or vehicle breakdown while driving. Because there were no warning
