I was driving in a highway going at highway speed and the car suddenly just shut off and all the alert lights were reflected at that time the car was not responding completely, shut off, then within seconds after the lights flashed it started on it's own. It was the first time this happened. I was concerned that the car would not respond and maybe could have cost an accident.
My Cadillac has experienced a history of repeated mechanical/electrical issues and has spent extended periods of time out of service at the dealership for repairs. On todayâs date, while driving at normal roadway speed, the vehicle suddenly lost all power without warning, creating a dangerous safety situation. The vehicle became extremely difficult to control and lost normal drivability functions while in traffic. I was fortunately able to safely maneuver the vehicle to a stop without a collision or injury. Due to the complete loss of power and unsafe operating condition, the vehicle had to be towed. I will get it to the dealership when they open again for business on Monday. Given the

The thermostat sensor is defaulty. While driving all of the dashboard component lights flash on and off and the vehicle loses power while driving. Called the dealership and the technician knew exactly what it was because he said this is a known issue and when I got the vehicle to the dealership they didn't need to do a diagnostic, they knew exactly what it was. A recall should have happened to avoid this.
