What owners report
During driving and towing the trailer under proper weight, the receiver assembly (the bolts that hold down the hitch receiver) came apart (snapped) out of the frame assembly of the trailer. This trailer is a 2025 ATC and remains under warranty. We were under weight with correct tongue weight. Upon review, the aluminum structure that held the receiver assembly onto the frame was not engineer correctly and comes apart. It is not designed for the weight in which the trailer is designed to take. This caused the hitch receiver to loosen while driver and the trailer became free of the hitch and was held only by the electrical connections. This is a significant safety issue. We contacted th
