I was told that this is being investigate and I have not received a resolution yet. To backtrack, I did not get the Vehicle back until XXX from the collision center. The brake pedal failed and went to the floor; the vehicle would not brake. The service center identified the issue as a problem with the master cylinder. The vehicle had been serviced at an authorized service center every 10,000 miles. This incident occurred while driving and posed a threat to life and safety; the vehicle is a 2025 model.
My Toas since purchase, will lose its safety features for an indefinite amount of time. It will come back and go away. I have photo documentation of this.
