I HAVE CALLED THE VIKING MANUFACTURER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. PARTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PARTS. I HAVE CALLED THE RV DEALER IN BAY CITY, MICHIGAN AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED NO PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. I CALLED THE SAFETY HOT LINE ON 10-6-05 AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUT THE RECALL AND THEY FAILED TO CALL ME BACK. I AGAIN CALLED THE VIKING MANUFACTURER ON 10-14-05 AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. THEY WILL LET ME KNOW AND THEY AGAIN FAILED TO CONTACT ME. STILL NO PARTS RECEIVED FOR THE RECALL. I STOPPED IN THE BAY CITY, MICHIGAN DEALER ON 10-15-05 AND THEY TELL ME THE MANUFACTURER NE
