BOTTOM LINE: THE LIGHT PATTERN ON THE ROAD IS ALMOST NONEXISTENT. IT IS DANGEROUS TO RIDE THE BIKE AT NIGHT. THE RIDER CANNOT SEE THE ROAD IN THE DARK.
