The moon roof glass seems somehow dangerously tight or prone to exploding. This could endanger passengers and other vehicles. Out of seemingly nowhere the moon roof exploded while driving off the high way. I saw no flying object. We were not behind other vehicles that could have kicked something up. We hadnât gone under a bridge. Glass began to crack and tinkle and cascade off the vehicle, possibly endangering other cars behind us. Also, the broken glass might have fallen in onto passengers. Additionally, depressing the brake pedal did not immediately slow or stop the vehicle. The driver was eventually able to regain control of the steering wheel and stopped the vehicle. After turning off and restarting the vehicle, the failure was no longer present and the vehicle operated as normal.
