2000 TOYOTA COROLLA BURNING EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF OIL. I'M HAVING TO ADD A QUART EVERYTIME I PUT GAS IN. I DRIVE FROM DESTINATION TO DESTINATION FOR WORK AND HAVING TO OIL IS A SAFETY CONCERN AS THE LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON UNTIL IT IS EMPTY.
I OWN A 1998 COROLLA AND A 2000 COROLLA BOTH HAVE DRIVERS SEAT BELT ISSUSES. IN EACH CASE THE BELT RECEIVER WILL NOT LATCH
TAKATA RECALL: I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECALL NOTICE ABOUT MY AIRBAGS AND I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT IF MY CAR WAS EVER RECALLED FOR DEFECTIVE AIRBAGS. TOYOTA WILL ONLY TELL ME IF THE CAR IS UNDER A RECALL PRESENTLY. IF IT EVER WAS, THE NOTICE MIGHT HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER THAT I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM IN 2001. IF THERE EVER WAS A RECALL ON THE AIRBAGS, DOESN'T TOYOTA STILL NEED TO REPLACE THEM??
