TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 STARCRAFT ARUBA TAHITI TRAILER, MODEL 29RKS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HITCH CONNECTED TO THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER WAS MANUFACTURED INCORRECTLY. IT DOES NOT SUPPORT THE TRAILER'S WEIGHT AND IS CRACKED IN HALF. THE CONTACT CALLED STARCRAFT AND WAS GIVEN AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE CONTRACTOR THAT MADE THE HITCH. THE CONTRACTOR IS NOT PROVIDING ANY ASSISTANCE. THE SERIAL NUMBER AND PART NUMBER WERE UNKNOWN. THE MILEAGES WERE NOT APPLICABLE.
