The stove was examined by a mechanic who discovered that while operating the stove an inverted flame had occurred causing burn damage to the electrical wires inside the stove and damage to a fuel hose. The cause of the inverted flame was not repaired. The manufacturer and dealer were notified of the failure but no assistance was offered.
