I PURCHASED A NEW 2014 SHASTA FRST IN FALL OF 2013 FROM CAMPING WORLD IN EDMOND OKLAHOMA, VIN [XXX]. I DISCOVERED MAJOR DELAMINATION ON THE REAR OF MY CAMPER ON 6 OCTOBER 2016. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED SHASTA TO REPORT THE PROBLEM. [XXX]. INSTRUCTED ME TO TAKE THE UNIT TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR INSPECTION AND TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE UNIT TO SEND TO SHASTA, WHICH I DID. CAMPING WORLD INSPECTED THE UNIT AND SENT PICTURES TO [XXX]. . . STATED INITIALLY THE UNIT WAS NOT WARRANTIED AND SHASTA COULD NOT ASSIST AS THE ROOF SEALS WERE THE CAUSE OF THE DELAMINATION. IT WAS DETERMINED BY THE CAMPING WORD FACTORY AUTHORIZED AND CERTIFIED PAINT AND BODY TECHNICIAN THAT THE DELAMINATION WAS CAUSED BY INT
