- Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Campsite Reserve travel trailers. The backer material to secure the refrigerator in place may fail.
- Risk
- An unsecured refrigerator may move or tip over during transit, increases the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will install more backer material, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 28, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-260-499-2100. Forest River's number for this recall is 62-2106.
What this recall means for you
Certain 2026 and 2027 Forest River Campsite Reserve travel trailers may have backer material that fails to secure the refrigerator in place. Because the refrigerator can move or tip over while the trailer is being transported, there is an increased risk of injury.
Authorized dealers will install additional backer material to secure the refrigerator, and this repair is free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on November 28, 2026.
