Highland Ridge TT Range Lite Air Recall 26V627: Fresh Water Tank Can Detach From Travel Trailer

NHTSA campaign 26V627, reported September 30, 2026, 489 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2022-2024 travel trailers may have fasteners that can fail, allowing the fresh water tank to come loose from the trailer.

A detached water tank can land on the road and become a hazard to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. Owners should stop relying on the trailer for towing until the issue is addressed if they have concerns about the tank's mounting.

The repair is free at an authorized dealer: dealers will redrill the holes and install new screws and bolts. Owners were notified by mail on October 6, 2026. You can contact Highland Ridge customer service at 1-800-283-8267, and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
