- Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Dynamax Isata recreational vehicles. The bunk ladder may be attached to a wooden mattress insert, resulting in the ladder loosening.
- Risk
- A ladder that pulls away from the bunk increases the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will replace the mattress insert with a metal frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 23, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-206-7600. Forest River's number for this recall is 55-2099.

Certain Dynamax Isata recreational vehicles from the 2026 and 2027 model years have a bunk ladder that may be attached to a wooden mattress insert. Over time, the ladder can loosen and pull away from the bunk.
