Winnebago Arka Recall 26V601: Incorrect tire and weight label can lead to tire overload and crash risk

NHTSA campaign 26V601, reported September 18, 2026, 56 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

The certification label on certain vehicles lists an incorrect rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) and cold tire inflation pressure. Because of this error, the vehicles do not fully meet federal wheel and rim safety requirements.

If the listed rear weight rating and tire pressure are wrong, the tires can be unintentionally overloaded. Overloaded tires increase the risk of a crash.

Owners will receive corrected labels free of charge from Winnebago. Owner notification letters were mailed October 19, 2026. To get a replacement label, contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
