What this recall means for you
Certain 2026-2027 Entegra Accolade, Accolade XL, Jayco Seneca, and Seneca Prestige recreational vehicles may have an incorrect tire size printed on the vehicle certification label. The label is meant to tell owners and service workers which tires the vehicle requires. The vehicles also do not comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 120 for wheels and rims on vehicles other than passenger cars.
Because the label may list the wrong tire size, a replacement tire of the wrong size could be installed. That increases the risk of a crash.
Jayco will mail replacement labels free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 14, 2026. If you own one of these vehicles, contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 and reference recall number 9903664 to get your replacement label. You can also check your VIN for open recalls.
