Terex C4000 Recall 26V534: Pole Guide Arm May Fall on Digger Derrick Trucks

NHTSA campaign 26V534, reported August 17, 2026, 73 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

A weld on the plate weldment of certain digger derrick trucks may be insufficient and can crack over time. When it cracks, the retaining pin that holds the pole guide arm can separate.

Without the retaining pin, the pole guide arm may fall, which raises the risk of injury to people working near or around the truck.

Ring Power Corporation will inspect the weldment plate and replace it as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in September 2026. You can contact Ring Power customer service at 1-904-737-7730, referencing recall number UTC0001. You can also check your vehicle identification number for open recalls.
