- Problem
- Brinkley RV (Brinkley) is recalling certain 2027 Model I trailers. The exterior ladder may not be properly secured to the support backer.
- Risk
- The ladder may detach during use, increasing the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and reinstall the ladder as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 7, 2026. Owners may contact Brinkley's customer service at 1-574-501-4280. Brinkley's number for this recall is REC-2603.
What this recall means for you
Certain 2027 Brinkley Model I trailers may have an exterior ladder that is not properly secured to its support backer. If the ladder is not held firmly, it can come loose while in use, which increases the risk of a fall and injury.
