- Problem
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2027 Entegra Accolade and Jayco Seneca motorhomes. The front brackets may not have been installed, allowing the dinette to shift or detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, "Seating Systems."
- Risk
- A dinette that moves during transit may increase the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will install the front dinette bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 3, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903659. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning August 3, 2026.
What this recall means for you
Certain motorhomes were built without the front dinette brackets installed. Without them, the dinette seating can move or come loose while the vehicle is in transit. The vehicles also do not meet federal seating system safety requirements (FMVSS 207).
