- Problem
- Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026 Glaval Titan II, Primetime, Entourage, Concorde II, Commute, Forest River Bus Eldorado, Champion Bus, Starcraft Starlite, Allstar XL, Forest River Van, 2026-2027 Glaval Universal, Starcraft Allstar, Startrans Candidate II, 2025-2026 Mobility Trans Safetbus, and 2025-2027 Forest River Bus Senator II, equipped with certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
- Risk
- An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and replace retractors, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 25, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River Bus customer service at 1-620-888-3310. Forest River Bus's number for this recall is 05-2064.
What this recall means for you
Certain wheelchair tie-down retractors on these buses and vans may fail to lock. If a wheelchair is not properly secured, it can move during travel, which raises the risk of injury to the wheelchair user and others on board.
