What this recall means for you
The pop-top roof on certain Roadtrek recreational vehicles may not stay fully latched during travel. If the latch disengages, the pop-top can lift while the vehicle is moving. This can distract the driver, and if the secondary safety straps also fail, the pop-top can detach, which increases the risk of a crash.
Dealers will replace the primary latch and the secondary safety straps at no cost to the owner. Owner notification letters were mailed May 20, 2026. If you have questions, you can contact Roadtrek customer service at 1-888-762-3873 and reference recall number 2026-01.
You should also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls and schedule the free repair at an authorized dealer as soon as possible.
