Forest River Entourage Recall 26V154: Incorrect load label can lead to motorhome overloading and crash risk

NHTSA campaign 26V154, reported March 17, 2026, 36 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

The Cargo Carrying Capacity label on certain 2025-2026 Forest River Entourage motorhomes may state 7 seat belted positions when the vehicle actually has 8. Because the label understates the seating count, the vehicle can be overloaded, which increases the risk of a crash. The vehicles also fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 120.

To fix the problem, dealers will remove one of the seat belts at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed March 19, 2026. If you have questions, you can contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-825-8602.

You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls to confirm whether your motorhome is affected.
