Toyota Corolla Recall 26V110: Headlights May Be Misaimed, Reducing Visibility or Glaring at Drivers

NHTSA campaign 26V110, reported February 25, 2026, 86 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Some 2026 Toyota Corolla vehicles may have missing headlight aim markings on the front headlights. Without these markings, the headlights can be improperly aimed during service. The vehicles also do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 for lamps and reflective devices.

Improperly aimed headlights can reduce how well the driver can see the road ahead or cause glare for oncoming drivers, which raises the risk of a crash.

Dealers will replace both front headlight assemblies free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 20, 2026. You can contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331, and you can check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
