NHTSA campaign 26V075, reported February 9, 2026, 9,401 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

This recall covers certain model years of the motorcycle, and it expands an earlier recall. Bikes that were already repaired under that earlier recall will also need the new remedy. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on February 19, 2026. You can also call Harley-Davidson customer service at 1-800-258-2464, referencing recall number 0191.

The repair is free. An authorized Harley-Davidson dealer will inspect the upper triple clamp and replace it if necessary. Check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls, and schedule service promptly.
