The tire size and inflation pressure listed on the tire placard do not match the spare that was installed, so the spare may be inflated incorrectly. The vehicles also do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 for tire selection and rims.
Incorrect spare tire inflation can increase the risk of a crash, particularly if the spare is used on the road.
Dealers will inspect the spare tire assembly and replace it as necessary, free of charge. Owners were mailed notification letters on February 25, 2026. You can contact Nissan customer service at 800-647-7261, and reference recall number PD180. You can also check your vehicle's VIN for open recalls on NHTSA.gov.
